Compare and choose a plan
Review available plans and understand when checkout can be used.
The public Pricing page shows the plans configured in Trackability. It does not change when you sign in or switch workspaces; choose the workspace that owns a subscription later from Settings → Billing.
Before you choose
- Open Pricing to compare the available plans.
- Sign in when you are ready to subscribe.
- If you manage more than one workspace, decide which one should own the plan.
Compare plans
For each available plan, review:
- the selected billing period, such as monthly or annual when both are offered;
- the capabilities included in the plan;
- any seat or usage information shown;
- whether the plan is available now or marked as a preview;
- the option that best fits your needs.
Use the billing-period control, when shown, to compare the same plan across the available periods.
Subscribe when checkout is available
Continue only when the billing page displays Subscribe or Switch Plan. If every plan is marked as a preview, checkout is not available yet.
- Sign in to Trackability.
- Switch to the personal workspace or organization that should own the plan.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Select Subscribe for the plan you want, when available.
- Review the final plan selection on the checkout screen.
- Complete checkout.
- Return to Settings → Billing and confirm the subscription status.
For an organization, the billing controls are shown only when your role has permission to use them. If the workspace already has a subscription, select Switch Plan when available.
Plans with seats
When a plan includes seats, review any member limit shown before choosing it. Trackability prevents new invitations when an organization reaches that limit.
Troubleshooting
A plan is visible but cannot be selected
The plan may be a preview, checkout may not be enabled yet, or the plan may not be offered for the selected billing period.
No plans are shown
Reload the public Pricing page. If it is still empty, no plan catalog is currently configured.
I cannot choose a plan for an organization
Your role may not include billing access. Ask an organization owner or administrator to review your permissions.
I need more seats
Review Pricing for a plan with a higher member limit. If no selectable plan offers more seats, remove an existing member before sending another invitation or wait until another plan becomes available.
