Start here: find your way around Trackability
Get oriented, choose the right workspace, and find your account or organization settings.
Trackability separates your personal account from the organizations you belong to. Choosing the right workspace first helps you find the correct settings, members, and billing information.
Before you start
Sign in to Trackability. You will arrive on the dashboard for your current workspace.
The options you see can vary by workspace, account setup, and your role in an organization.
Check your current workspace
- Find the account button in the app sidebar. It shows your name or the name of the active organization.
- Open the menu and select Switch Workspace, if available.
- Choose your personal workspace or one of your organizations.
- Wait for the switch to finish before opening another page.
The selected workspace controls which organization data and settings are shown.
Find your settings
Open the account menu and go to Settings.
- Profile manages your personal name and Profile Image.
- Security manages available sign-in and account-protection options.
- Preferences manages appearance options, if available.
- Organization manages the active organization's name and logo.
- Members manages the active organization's members and invitations.
- Roles appears only when custom roles are available and you can manage them.
- Billing appears only for supported workspaces and permissions.
Personal settings remain about you, even while an organization is active. Organization settings always apply to the organization currently shown in the account menu.
Create an organization
If Create Organization appears under Switch Workspace, select it, enter an organization name, and confirm. The new organization becomes available in the list under Switch Workspace.
Troubleshooting
An organization is missing
Only organizations you have joined appear under Switch Workspace. If you were invited, open the invitation link and complete the invitation with the email address that received it.
A settings page or action is missing
First check that the correct workspace is active. Some pages depend on how Trackability is set up, while organization actions depend on your role. Ask an organization owner or administrator if you need additional access.
The workspace does not change
Wait for the current switch to finish, then try again. If the problem continues, refresh the page and confirm that you still belong to the organization.
