Update profile images and organization logos

You can update your personal Profile Image and, with the required permission, an Organization Logo.

Before you start

• Sign in to Trackability.
• Use a JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP image.
• Keep the file at 2 MB or smaller.
• For an Organization Logo, switch to that organization first.

Update your profile image

1. Open the account menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Open Profile.
4. Find Profile Image, select the current image area, and choose a file.
5. Review the preview.
6. Select Save Changes.

Your new image appears after the save completes. You can also remove the current image from the same control and save the change.

Update an organization logo

1. Switch to the intended organization from the account menu.
2. Open Settings → Organization.
3. Find Organization Logo, select the current logo area, and choose a file.
4. Review the preview.
5. Select Save Changes.

The control is unavailable when your role does not include permission to update the organization.

Choose a useful image

• Use a clear image that remains recognizable at a small size.
• Prefer a square crop so the subject stays centered.
• Avoid placing private information in a profile image or organization logo.

Troubleshooting

The file is rejected

Confirm its format and size. Renaming an unsupported file does not change its format.

The organization control is disabled

Check that the correct organization is active. If it is, ask an owner or administrator whether your role can update organization settings.

The old image still appears

Wait for the save to complete, then refresh the page once. If the previous image remains, select the file again and repeat the save.

The upload repeatedly fails

Try a smaller supported image. If the problem continues, keep the current image and try again later.
